
Hope City Mission (Registered Tax Deductible Charity) brings hope to those in our city who, for one reason or another, are in need of our practical support. Hope City Mission assists thousands of local people in need over the course of each year. Our aim is to connect the isolated, bring hope to those without, feed the hungry, and clothe those in need.We provide the following services free;
- Extravaganza Days
Now held at the end of each year this is a great day for the entire family. Carnival rides, children light entertainment, sausage sizzle, christmas gifts etc all free of charge... - Pamper Days - Building Self Esteem
Pamper Days (held 4th Friday of every month) are unique and one of a kind – it is designed to encourage people to feel good about themselves and building self worth. For some, finding food and shelter is a full time job. We see value in providing a day of sheer indulgence for those who forget what it's like to be pampered. - Fundraising
By participating in our Annual Charity Auction, display a collection tin at your business, or purchase a hope bear, you're helping Hope City Mission to continue to offer quality services to those in need.. - Seminars
We believe in not just providing food and clothing, but empowering others to improve themselves and their quality of life... - Emergency Relief - Foodbank
Currently open Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am – 2pm. Some recipients may need assistance for as a one off whilst others may need assistance for several weeks or months. Call THE HOPE CENTRE on 9761 6778 for an appointment.
- Op Shop
Hope City Mission operates an Op Shop out of THE HOPE CENTRE Monday – Friday 9-4.30pm.
- Cafe
The Community Café is currently open from Tuesday – Friday from 9.00am – 4pm. The café provides a breakfast and lunch menu with a fantastic home-made cakes selection and Devonshire teas.
